Last week I got to meet the adorable Isaac and his awesome mom Sarah. He was smiling the whole time I was setting up and then as soon as it was go time the smiles were much harder to get. Pretty standard for babies. 🙂 Luckily Isaac is pretty cute no matter what face he is making! It was also really nice getting lots of new mom tips from Sarah as I am now a week away from my due date.

I met up with Lindsay, Scott, and Maddox for our 3rd shoot together a few weeks ago. I always have so much fun with the Crowell family. Lindsay is so sweet, and she and Scott both have a great sense of humor which always makes for an even more enjoyable shoot. Maddox makes some pretty awesome faces too and Lindsay was telling me that they refer to one of the faces as the Crowell scowl… apparently it runs in the family. 🙂 I think I captured a couple of those again this time. Even though it’s a “scowl” it’s pretty dang cute. No matter what he does he is pretty cute.

Doing family photos for the Wettstein family was such a joy. They were so much fun and these boys were seriously the cutest ever… not only on camera, but their personalities as well. I got so many high fives! It was awesome and it made me even more excited about having a baby boy soon. They asked me to meet up with them in Aurora, OR and I was so surprised with how many awesome spots there are to shoot there. I always love finding new hidden gems like that. I have a feeling I will be doing many more shoots in Aurora, and hopefully more shoots with this beautiful family!
I met up with Leland & Mia at Cannon Beach and after having to reschedule because of a down pour from the week before we lucked out with a gorgeous day at the Oregon coast… and I lucked out with a gorgeous couple. They are so great in front of the camera and so natural and comfortable that their love just shines through. I love the way the look at eachother and make eachother laugh. It is so much fun to be around and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding next summer! Mia will be a stunning bride!!!

On June 18th I got to travel to the lovely town of Ione (& Heppner), OR for Mike & Natalie’s wedding. I love small town weddings, they are always filled with big love and celebration. 🙂 This one was no exception. Mike & Natalie are SUCH a great couple that seem to be just perfect for eachother and everytime they are together they are laughing. The day started with rain but it stopped just in time for some outdoor photos, so we stopped at Natalie’s Dad’s property on the way to the reception to get some gorgeous shots. It was perfect. Their wedding was filled with so much love, laughter, and…. mustaches. 🙂 Here are some of my favorites.
They got a school bus to take all the guests back to Heppner after the party, so we had to take a few fun photos with the bus.
